fun facts: elephants are some of the nicest, most caring animals on the planet. they go through physical depression and suffer grief when their loved one dies and in situations like this, the whole entire herd will work together in order to save one and won’t move on until the one in danger has been saved or is dead.

everyone knows I love elephants for those exact reasons. & they mourn for their dead and remember the place of death even after multiple years.
